Research Overview
The adaptive immune system relies on an extraordinary diversity of B- and T-cell receptors to recognize and respond to threats. By combining computational biology, probabilistic modeling, and high-throughput sequencing, we seek to uncover the principles governing the organization and dynamics of immune receptor repertoires and adaptive immune responses.
