We are planning to hold courses in person in the winter semester. Please refer to the LSF for further information concerning your courses. If you have any questions about a course, please contact the respective instructor.

International Office The International Office is the central service office for international contacts of the University of Duisburg-Essen.
Language Requirements The language of instruction at the University of Duisburg-Essen is German (except in the English-language degree programmes). For more detailed information follow the link.
Although the main language for all courses is German, single courses may be held in English language. For these see the LSF.
Special counseling services for refugees The University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE) offers several possibilities for refugees in terms of advanced training, qualification, and sports.
