Introduction to Business Administration

Lecture information

The students are given an overview of the findings and research methods of business administration. After a presentation of operational structural decisions, the tasks of company management will be dealt with in particular. Within the framework of the lecture, more recent developments in business administration such as the reorientation towards value-added process-oriented management will also be addressed.

Goals

The students work out an overview of the objects of knowledge and research methods in business administration. After an analysis of operational structural decisions, the students know in particular the tasks of company management. During the course, students will also develop the ability to integrate newer developments in business administration, such as reorientation towards value-added process-oriented corporate management, into their basic methodological and technical knowledge.

Composition of the Module Examination / Module Grade

Arithmetic mean of the individual notes weighted with CPs.
