Admission requirements
License to practice medicine or dentistry in Germany, or equivalent license recognized by a state medical or dental board of one's respective country (must be equivalent to 300 CP).
Please note, that the Master Course in Specialized Orthodontics is an advanced course.
For participating a pre-education in orthodontics is necessary:
- For in Germany practising dentists is the advanced training "Weiterbildung zum Facharzt für Kieferorthopädie (German Specialist in Orthodontics)" prerequisite for participation.
- For foreign dentists you have to verify that you have done a special certificate which is equivalent to the "German Specialist in Orthodontics". We recognize special curricula (for example the Progressive Orthodontics Program POS) or the prove that you have worked in a clinic for orthodontics for some years.
