Aurora University Alliance

UDE is a member of the Aurora European University Alliance, which propagates social responsibility, equal opportunities and sustainable development. UDE works with the eight partner universities in the alliance to develop innovative approaches to overcoming key challenges facing society.

UA Ruhr liaison offices

The University Alliance Ruhr maintains liaison offices for the regions Eastern Europe/Central Asia, North America and Latin America.

Ghana-NRW University Alliance

The liaison office in Accra supports students and researchers and promotes sustainable partnerships in the areas of education and research.

Bilateral cooperations

At UDE, more than 100 bilateral exchange cooperations are currently in place with higher education institutions throughout the world.

Through Erasmus+, UDE boosts its international outlook. Students, teaching staff and other staff gather valuable experience at partner universities abroad while the University, together with its international partner institutions, realises innovative projects that enrich teaching, research and collaboration on a lasting basis.
