PC-Service for Students: Appointment Request Form

Our Hotline and e-Points gladly help you with problems regarding IT systems. Most problems can be solved there immediately.

Besides the e-Points we offer an installation service “for students by students”. For this we provide a student assistant, paid with QV funds. Requests will be processed in order.

In addition, students can use our virtual desktops (which are also available on all public PCs on campus) on you private devices on campus or from home. This way you always have access to a powerful desktop and a large variety of software, regardless of your own hardware.

Note: Since we cannot offer any kind of guarantee, the ZIM does not do hardware repairs.
