Within our core facility team, we have been discussing ways to further improve the quality of your research results. With approximately 250 users per year from a wide range of departments and research groups, our community is both broad and diverse. However, we feel that the exchange of technologies and protocols among users still can be significantly enhanced.

In our daily work, we often observe researchers facing similar challenges who develop individual solutions independently - resulting in a considerable investment of time and effort. We believe that a regular platform for exchange would be a great benefit for our user community. This is why we came up with the idea of establishing an annual bio-imaging event: the IMCES DAY.

The aim of this event is to showcase the full range of imaging and analysis services available at IMCES, while fostering discussions on potential applications and collaborative opportunities. The event primarily adresses local researchers who are already IMCES users, students, postdocs, and PIs from UDE, UME, and ISAS who are interested in exploring our service portfolio.
