Human resources development
Since 2007, the University Library Duisburg-Essen has been operating according to the principles of systematic personnel development, which were worked out in close cooperation with the human resources development and the organisational development of the Duisburg-Essen University.
The aim of the framework concept for personnel development is to respond to the needs of all employees in a competent and contructive way. Therefore, the framework concept is being continuously developed - thus, the measures to promote good communication culture, leadership development, training or qualification remain dynamic and up to date.
