What experiences do scientific and artistic employees have at universities in North Rhine-Westphalia? Whether as a temporary research assistant, a full-time academic advisor or a permanent employee in science management: Why do people decide to work there and what career options do they see for themselves? What should change in everyday life?
A team at the coordinating and research center of the FGF network at the UDE is looking for answers to these questions with a study. That is why it is now inviting mid-level staff at NRW universities to take part in an online survey.
