Human Resources Development supports prospective and aspiring leaders at the UDE with a specifically tailored training programme covering all aspects of leadership skills, understanding of roles, labor law, and communication.

Networking evenings for the Junior Faculty

This special event is aimed at junior professors and junior research group leaders at the UDE in order to offer you optimal working conditions.

The Rectorate would like to cultivate interpersonal exchange and invites you to a fireside chat, which is held approximately once every two years. The invitation will be sent to you personally on an individual basis.
