Free trial regulation: CEHVO updated

The regulations for the implementation of the ordinance for the management of the challenges posed by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 epidemic to the higher education sector (Corona Epidemic Higher Education Ordinance - CEHVO) at the UDE, which were updated at the beginning of May, are now available online.

Among other things, the regulation specifies the free attempt rule for examinations: in view of the principle of equal treatment under examination law, it continues to apply to examinations that are taken in the summer semester of 2022, but are organizationally

  • the summer semester 2020,
  • the winter semester 2020/21,
  • the summer semester 2021 or
  • the winter semester 2021/22

are to be assigned.

It will not be updated for exams that are organizationally assigned to the summer semester 2022.
