Do we attribute Twitter profiles to real people or do we suspect social bots behind them? That depends largely on whether they share our opinion. This was discovered by social psychologists based on three studies.

Are earthworms from clean and polluted areas genetically the same? Does pollution affect land and water equally? Samples from the German Environmental Specimen Bank will answer this question in the future. The German Environmental Agency funds the project with € 1.2 million.

Our dermis has no pigments. This is unique among primates and arose so that we can communicate better. Zoologists at the UDE contradict this assumption. In their study, they look at communication behavior and eye color in great apes.
