Guidelines for good scientific practice at the UDE
The University of Duisburg-Essen pursues the maintenance of academic quality standards, especially honesty and accuracy in research, as a central task of its members and affiliates.
Online portal "Scientific Integrity"
The Code "Guidelines to Ensure Good Scientific Practice" of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation) aims to anchor scientific integrity in the German research landscape. The code comprises 19 guidelines that are intended to describe appropriate standards for scientific work.
The portal also offers an extensive collection of material, including general and discipline-specific recommendations, FAQs, link collections and case studies.
