Applicants:

Doctoral graduates in medicine who are enrolled for a doctorate at the Faculty of Biology at the University of Duisburg-Essen. The application must be submitted within six months of enrollment. 

The application must include:

• CV in tabular form
• Confirmation of enrollment as a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Biology
• Confirmation from the supervisor that half of the position will be funded.

Applications can be submitted at any time.

Scope of funding:

50% funding of the position (100% TV-L E 13) for a period of two years.

Evalutation + funding recommendation:

The funding recommendation is made by the Commission for Research and Academic Career Development. It is made on the basis of the fulfillment of the application criteria.
