Competence Center Moodle

What does Moodle offer?

The Center for Information and Media Services (ZIM) operates Moodle for web-based support of the courses. The accompanying use of virtual course rooms for presence teaching is of course done in all the faculties. In order to offer learning scenarios, a wide range of learning activities are available in the Moodle.

Virtual Moodle Consultation Hours

Consultation Hours for Questions about Moodle

The increased use of Moodle and the deeper engagement with the elements and functions available there are also inevitably associated with questions and the need for support. In order to meet this challenge in the best possible way and, above all, together, the Competence Center Moodle offers virtual consultation hours on questions and functions in the context of Moodle.

Whether you are working with Moodle for the first time this semester and need an explanation of the basic functions, or you have already gained experience and are now facing the challenge of a specific implementation - use the opportunity of the virtual consultation hour!

This offer is aimed at all Moodle users of the UDE who want to find out more about Moodle from the basics to advanced topics.

For the summer semester 2022, the open consultation hours will take place weekly in the following time slots:

Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m

Note: Because we strive for 1:1 support, you may end up on hold before we can add you to the session. In this case we ask you for a little patience. Leave the relevant page open (no update/re-registration necessary) so that we can consult you as soon as there is capacity.
