e-Point

UB and ZIM run the e-Point as a joint service desk with the goal to offer prompt and efficient front-line assistance for members of the University on a wide range of computer and communications issues. Areas of support include:

  • Identification and authentication services
  • Email and mail applications
  • ZIM Webmail-Interface
  • Wireless network/Eduroam
  • Installation of VPN
  • File storage and document management
  • Learning Platform Moodle
  • Registration for the IT Learning Programme
